This door handle should NEVER be fitted on the inside of the room, always on the outside.
The operation is very simple. By pressing the button with your thumb and then operating the door handle, the door is unlocked. This action is difficult to perform for people with dementia or wandering behaviour. This way they are prevented from entering a room that is not intended for them.
